Markus Goldschmiedt

Markus Goldschmiedt, M.D., is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at UT Southwestern Medical Center and a member of the Division of Digestive and Liver Diseases. He initially joined UTSW's faculty in 1991, serving as Director of Parkland Memorial Hospital’s GI lab until 1996, and rejoined in 2019. His clinical expertise focuses on pancreatobiliary diseases, achalasia, gastroparesis, and endoscopic removal of gastrointestinal neoplasias.
