Markus Baumann

Markus Baumann is a Lecturer in the Continuing Academic Studies (CAS) program in Business Coaching at Kalaidos University of Applied Sciences. He also serves as the Speaker for the Master's semester, indicating a leadership role in academic program coordination.

His academic background includes a licentiate degree in applied psychology and pedagogy (lic. phil. I). He has extensive professional experience as a coach, supervisor, and organizational consultant, and is co-president of the Swiss Society for Coaching Psychology (SSCP). He is the founder and managing partner of Coaching Company Pro GmbH.

His work focuses on leadership in challenging situations, team collaboration, personal reorientation, stress and conflict management, burnout prevention, and organizational change.
