Adrian Jaeggi

Adrian Jaeggi is a Lecturer at Kalaidos University of Applied Sciences since 2018, teaching across multiple programs including MSc New Forms of Work in Teams and Organizations, CAS Organizational Development, CAS Leadership Advanced Compact In-house, CAS Digital Leadership, and CAS Leading Change. He also serves as a Management Consultant at Uster Technologies AG (part-time since 2022) and is founding partner at i-opener AG (since 2017).

His educational background includes a Licentiate in Public Economics (Master's level) from 1992, complemented by a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Transformation Management (2019) and professional certifications including PERMA-Lead Coach (2023).
