Markolf Jossou

Markolf Jossou is a Lecturer in Management Sciences and Co-head of the Master 2 in Human Resources Engineering (IRH) at Université Catholique de l'Ouest (UCO Angers). He holds a Doctorate in Management Sciences (2022), awarded the City of Marseille Thesis Prize 2023, and is qualified for MCF Section CNU-06. His research focuses on crisis management, territorial resilience, organizational resilience, and emerging themes like inclusion/diversity and Anthropocene challenges. He collaborates with research centers such as CERGAM and CERISC.
