Benoît Raveleau

Benoît Raveleau is a prominent academic and administrator at the University of Angers (UCO), serving as Vice-Rector in charge of academic life and territorial strategies since 2022, and former Dean of the Faculty of Law, Economics, and Management (2017–2022). He holds dual roles as a Lecturer in psycho-sociology of work at UCO and an Associate Professor at the University of Sherbrooke (Quebec). His research focuses on entrepreneurship, human resources management, and professionalization, with over 150 publications including books, journal articles, and conference papers. Raveleau leads the EGEI research team on ethics and corporate governance and chairs the Humanis HR Chair in human resources education. He has supervised numerous PhD theses and participated in international projects like the Tourism Lab Program and the International Observatory Network on Professionalization (ROIP).
