Faranak Farzaneh is an Assistant Professor of Human Resources at IPAG Business School in Nice, France. She holds a PhD in Business Administration from IAE Nice Graduate School of Management and a CNU MCF 06 qualification. Her research focuses on AI ethics, employee innovation behavior, board dynamics, and organizational governance. She completed a postdoctoral fellowship at HEC Montréal (2018) and has taught courses on AI ethics, international HR management, and research methodology.

She founded 'Formation & Recherche FF' in Laval, Canada (2018), and previously worked as a research assistant at Telfer School of Management, University of Ottawa (2014-2015).
Teaching areas include AI ethics, international HRM, business-government relations, and research methods. Recent work addresses sustainability in multi-crisis contexts through interdisciplinary approaches, reflecting her commitment to bridging technological advancements with ethical and human-centric management practices.
