Mark Weber is the Director of the Sales Program and Assistant Professor of Practice in Marketing at The Catholic University of America’s Busch School of Business. With over 32 years of experience in technology sales and engineering, he previously served as Senior Vice President for the Americas at NetApp, leading sales across North and South America. His expertise includes federal IT sales, strategic partnership development, and sales team leadership. Weber holds an MBA from the College of William and Mary and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Virginia Tech.
His career highlights include a 10-year tenure as President and General Manager of NetApp U.S. Public Sector, where he achieved dominant market share. He has been recognized with the 2015 Institute for Excellence in Sales Lifetime Achievement Award, FedScoop50 Industry Leadership Awards (2012, 2013), and the Federal 100 Award (2011). Under his leadership, the Vienna NetApp office ranked among Washington D.C.’s top workplaces.
