Mark Still, EdD is a Professor at Delaware State University (DSU). He holds a Doctorate of Education in Sports Management from the United States Sports Academy (2006-2011), a Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction from DSU (1996–1998), and a Bachelor of Science in Health/Physical Education from DSU (1990–1995). His research focuses on legal/moral responsibilities of intercollegiate athletic directors, financing of athletics under Title IX, and leadership in Division I-A financial management. He is affiliated with organizations like AAHPERD (2004–present) and NIRSA (1999–2004).
