Mark Seasons is a Professor and Director of the School of Planning at the University of Waterloo, Canada. He holds a Ph.D. in Regional Planning and Resource Development from the same university (1989), alongside an M.Env. Des. in Planning from the University of Calgary (1985) and a B.A. (Hons.) in Geography from Queen's University (1975).
