Mark Pearson is a Professor of Journalism and Social Media in the School of Humanities, Languages and Social Science at Griffith University, Australia. He is an active member of the Griffith Centre for Social and Cultural Research and holds a life membership with the Journalism Education and Research Association of Australia (JERAA).
