Mark Nuttall

Mark Nuttall is a Professor and Henry Marshall Tory Chair in the Department of Anthropology at the University of Alberta. His research focuses on environmental change, resource use, and Indigenous communities in the Arctic, particularly Greenland, as well as post-industrial landscapes in Wales. He holds a MA from the University of Aberdeen and a PhD from the University of Cambridge. Nuttall has held academic positions at institutions including the University of Edinburgh and the University of Greenland, and is affiliated with organizations like the Stefansson Arctic Institute and the Norwegian Scientific Academy for Polar Research.
