Professor Mark Llewellyn is the Director of the Welsh Institute for Social Care (WIHSC) and Professor of Health and Care Policy at the University of South Wales. He leads applied research and evaluation in health/social care policy, with over 100 studies since 2008. His work focuses on policy implementation effectiveness, service user voice, and third-sector influence. He holds a PhD in Geography, Planning, and Health from Swansea University, and previously served as a Lecturer there and Head of Qualitative Research in a social research company.
