Mark Lillie is an Adjunct Professor at Northwestern University's Master of Science in Energy and Sustainability (MSES) Program. He brings extensive experience from both the public and private sectors, having served as Chief Counsel at the Federal Highway Administration (2018–2019) and as a Senior Partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP in Chicago, where he represented major corporations in environmental and commercial matters for over 30 years.
