Catherine Fazio is a Clinical Assistant Professor and Associate Dean for MBA Programs at Boston University Questrom School of Business. She bridges law, business strategy, and innovation policy, with a focus on entrepreneurial ecosystems and antitrust law. Her career spans academia, legal practice, and board leadership roles.

Fazio’s research explores the geographic dynamics of entrepreneurship, particularly post-pandemic shifts and the role of policy incentives like R&D tax credits. She co-authored foundational work on equity crowdfunding and merger remedies, reflecting her interdisciplinary approach.
