Adam Eckart is an Associate Professor of Legal Writing at Suffolk University Law School, where he teaches in the Legal Practice Skills Program. Prior to joining Suffolk, he practiced as an associate in the antitrust mergers and acquisitions practice at Ropes & Gray LLP, counseling domestic and multinational businesses on antitrust and business matters.

Professor Eckart's scholarship explores the intersection of law and business, focusing on the societal impact of transactional lawyers and how business entities shape legal and social policy. His recent work examines transactional skills, artificial intelligence, and technology in legal practice.
His publications, including articles in the University of Miami Business Law Review and Tennessee Journal of Business Law, have been presented at the American Association of Law Schools' Annual Meeting (2021, 2023).
