Mark Jaccard is a Professor at Simon Fraser University's School of Resource & Environmental Management (REM). He has served as REM's Director and developed the Energy and Materials Research Group (EMRG), Canada's leading applied academic team in energy-economy-emissions (EEE) modeling. His work focuses on assessing climate policies through EEE models like CIMS-Urban, gTech, and CIMS.
