Dr. Mark H. Liu is an Associate Professor of Finance at the University of Kentucky's Gatton College of Business and Economics. He holds a Ph.D. in Finance from Boston College and serves as the founding director of the Master of Science in Finance program. His research bridges machine learning and corporate finance, focusing on IPOs, Mergers & Acquisitions, and innovation incentives.
