Dr Mark Dsouza is an Associate Professor at the University College London (UCL) Faculty of Laws. He holds an LLM (First Class) from the University of Cambridge and a doctoral degree from the same institution, focusing on the philosophy of criminal law defences. His career includes roles as an external examiner at King's College London, Imperial College London, and the University of Surrey. He has been recognized with awards such as the UCL EXALT Award for Excellence in Law Teaching (2019) and the SLS Best Paper Award (2020).
