Mark C. Weber is the Vincent de Paul Professor of Law at DePaul University College of Law, where he has served as a full-time faculty member since joining the institution. His career includes roles as associate dean and acting dean of the College of Law.
Research Interests: Weber specializes in disability rights, complex tort litigation, and special education law, focusing on legal frameworks, policy reform, and advocacy.
Publications & Expertise: He is the author of foundational works such as Disability Harassment and Understanding Disability Law, addressing issues like anti-discrimination, judicial precedents, and educational equity. His scholarship intersects with civil rights, tort law, and legislative interpretation.
