Mark S. Brodin is the Michael and Helen Lee Distinguished Scholar and Professor at Boston College Law School, where he previously served as Associate Dean for Academic Affairs. He holds a J.D. from Columbia Law School and clerked for Judge Joseph L. Tauro before specializing in civil rights litigation.
His research examines constitutional criminal procedure, employment discrimination, and evidence law. Brodin has significantly contributed to legal scholarship through treatises like Weinstein’s Federal Evidence and co-authored works including Handbook of Massachusetts Evidence.
Articles explore constitutional interpretation trends, notably analyzing Fourteenth Amendment jurisprudence and its implications for modern governance.
