Dr. Mark Ammar Rayes is an Adjunct Professor at San José State University's School of Engineering, specializing in IoT, networking, and AI/ML. With over 20 years of industry experience at Cisco and Bell Labs, he bridges academic and practical expertise. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Washington University and multiple master's degrees.
