Marisa Hernandez Moore

Marisa Hernandez Moore is an Associate Professor of Clinical Occupational Therapy at the University of Southern California's Division of Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy. She holds certifications in Physical Agent Modalities and specializes in neurological patient care across acute, inpatient, and outpatient settings.

• Education: BA in Psychology (University of San Diego), MA and OTD in Occupational Therapy (USC)

Her research interests focus on assistive technology applications for neurorehabilitation, neurocognitive interventions, and 3D-printed adaptive equipment development. She teaches core courses in Adult Rehabilitation and Neurocognition at USC.

Dr. Moore serves as Associate Director of the Healthtech Makerspace, where she collaborates on patient-specific adaptive device innovations. Her clinical experience includes roles at Keck Medical Center, Shirley Ryan AbilityLab, and Rush University Medical Center.
