Mario Moussa

Mario Moussa is a Lecturer at the Scheller College of Business, Georgia Institute of Technology, and has taught at leading institutions including the Wharton School, UCLA, Duke, and the University of Virginia. He was a Principal at CFAR, a Wharton-affiliated management consulting firm, where he co-led the Collaboration and Negotiation practice.

He is the co-creator of the Organizational Culture Evaluator, a diagnostic tool based on the Four Forces model (Vision, Interest, Habit, Innovation), used to assess and improve cultural health in organizations.
