Marine Royer is an Associate Professor in Design and Social Sciences at the University of Nîmes, serving as Deputy Director of the PROJEKT research team. She holds a doctorate in Social Anthropology and Ethnology from EHESS Paris and ENSCI-Les Ateliers. Her work bridges Science and Technology Studies (STS), health anthropology, and design research, focusing on socio-biotechnological innovations reshaping the medical-social sector. She leads projects addressing healthcare, aging, and disability through participatory design.
