Delphine MOREAU is a Professor at the School of Advanced Studies in Public Health (EHESP) and a sociologist specializing in public mental health policies, coercion in psychiatry, and health inequalities. She is affiliated with the Department of Human and Social Sciences, the Research Collective on Disability/Autonomy (CoRHASI), and UMR 6051 ARENES. Her work bridges health promotion, social participation, and institutional cooperation.

- Coordinator of the qualitative component of the CANOPEE Project on cancer care pathways for people with severe mental disorders
Research Focus: Her research examines coercion in psychiatric care, recovery-oriented policies like Housing First, and somatic health disparities in severe mental disorders. She also studies knowledge circulation between professionals and patients in chronic illness contexts.
Projects: Currently leads a mixed mental health research community in Brittany (IReSP-CNSA funded), contributes to MS care pathway quality research, and evaluates clinical pharmacy practices in psychiatry.
Scientific Engagement: Serves on editorial boards and evaluates articles for journals including Anthropology and Health and Social Sciences and Health. Involved in teaching public health, sociology of health, and research methodology.
