Alis SOPADZHIYAN

Alis SOPADZHIYAN is a Lecturer in Political Science at the French School of Public Health (EHESP) since 2016 and a member of the Arènes laboratory (UMR CNRS 6051). She holds a Doctorate in Political Science from the University of Rennes 1 (2012), focusing on health system reforms in post-Communist Bulgaria. Her research centers on social and health policies, coordination in long-term care, and autonomy support systems. She leads the PACSILO Project (2022–2025), analyzing coordination policies for complex cases in four sectors (autonomy, disability, mental health, primary care). She also contributes to the AURELIA comparative study on long-term care regimes across Europe. Her expertise includes policy analysis, public health governance, and social care resilience post-pandemic. She teaches public policy analysis, social and health policies, and coordination strategies in multiple graduate programs at EHESP.
