Marina Vance is an Associate Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering and Environmental Engineering Program at the University of Colorado Boulder. Her research focuses on air quality, aerosol dynamics, and consumer exposure to nanomaterials. She leads the Vance Group, which investigates indoor and outdoor air pollution, aerosol emissions from 3D printing, and wildfire smoke impacts. Her work emphasizes reducing human exposure to pollutants through experimental aerosol science and safer consumer product design.
