Marina Lambert serves as a Research Fellow in the Department of Political Science at Aarhus University, primarily affiliated with the Danish Centre for Studies in Research and Research Policy. Her academic work addresses critical challenges in research integrity and European identity construction within institutional contexts.
Her research program investigates how time pressure and accelerated research processes impact academic integrity, alongside the role of ritual and affect in shaping European identity during crises. These interests position her at the nexus of political science, science and technology studies, and cultural sociology, with methodological emphasis on qualitative institutional analysis.
Lambert's publication record demonstrates consistent engagement with research ethics frameworks and European integration dynamics. Her recent works analyze tensions between publication metrics and research quality, as well as cultural mechanisms of identity formation in EU crisis contexts.
She actively contributes to two major research initiatives: RE4GREEN (February 2024 - January 2027) focusing on research ethics for environmental sustainability transitions, and ETHOS (September 2022 - August 2025) examining integrity policy implementation across scientific institutions. These projects highlight her leadership in developing responsible research practices for contemporary academic and societal challenges.
