Marijke Malsch

Marijke Malsch is Professor of Empirical Legal Studies at the Open University and Senior Research Fellow at the Netherlands Institute for the Study of Crime and Law Enforcement (NSCR). She concurrently serves as Honorary Justice at the Court of Appeal ’s-Hertogenbosch and Honorary Judge at the District Court of North Holland.
