Marieke Opdam

Marieke Opdam is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law, Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, with affiliations in Liability Law and the A-LAB research group. She holds a dual position in the Department of Law, Markets and Behavior. Her research focuses on Labour Law, Liability Law, and Insurance Law, with particular attention to workplace accidents, employer liability, and gig economy legal issues.
