Marieanne Oludhe is a PhD Candidate at Keele University's School of Law, concurrently serving as a sessional teacher in International Economic Law. Her academic foundation includes an LLM from the University of Edinburgh, an LLB from Keele University, and a BA from the University of Nairobi.

Her research centers on legal analysis of World Trade Organization safeguard measures, specifically evaluating their efficacy and equity for developing and least developed countries. This work bridges international trade law, WTO regulatory frameworks, and economic development studies, critically assessing whether existing mechanisms address systemic imbalances in global trade governance.
Supervised by Dr. Mario Prost and Dr. Konstanze Von Papp, she contributes to Keele's academic mission through teaching while advancing her doctoral inquiry into trade policy impacts on vulnerable economies.
