Marie Oh Huber is a Visiting Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School (Yale University). She holds significant experience as an independent director for public and private Fortune 500 companies, including eBay and Agilent Technologies, where she specialized in legal leadership, cross-border M&A, digital transformations, and risk management. Currently, she chairs the Nominating, Governance and Sustainability Committee at Portland General Electric (NYSE) and serves on its Audit and Risk Committee. She is also a Fellow at Stanford Rock Center on Corporate Governance, and sits on boards of the Asian Art Museum (SF), Northwestern Law School, and advises AI and health/beauty/wellness ventures in Asia and the U.S.
