Marie-Noëlle Zen-Ruffinen

Marie-Noëlle Zen-Ruffinen is a Professor at the Geneva School of Economics and Management, University of Geneva, within the Institute of Management. She holds a Ph.D. and Master's degrees in Law and Philosophy from the University of Fribourg. As a practicing lawyer and academic, she focuses on Corporate Governance, Corporate Law, and Board Dynamics. She chairs the Swiss Board Institute Foundation and holds board roles at the Swiss Institute of Directors and Bâloise Group. Her key publication is Le Conseil d’administration (2017).
