Marie-Josée Hébert is a Full Professor at the Université de Montréal's Faculty of Medicine, Department of Medicine, and holds the Shire Chair in Nephrology, Transplantation, and Renal Regeneration. She is a researcher at the CRCHUM and co-director of the Canadian National Transplant Research Program (CNTRP). Her research focuses on vascular injury mechanisms in transplantation, identifying biomarkers like LG3 and anti-LG3 antibodies critical for understanding allograft rejection and fibrosis.
