Marie Egan

Marie Egan, MD is Professor of Pediatrics (Respiratory) and of Cellular and Molecular Physiology at Yale University School of Medicine. She serves as Director of the Cystic Fibrosis Center and Vice Chair for Research in the Department of Pediatrics, leading the Pediatric Pulmonology, Allergy, Immunology & Sleep Medicine section with dual appointments across departments.

Recent work has expanded into innovative therapeutic approaches including gene editing and nanoparticle delivery systems for CFTR correction.
