Marian Gillard is a Clinical Associate Professor and Department Chair of Occupational Therapy at Baylor University's Robbins College of Health & Human Sciences. She joined Baylor in August 2018 as the founding director of the Doctor of Occupational Therapy programs, bringing extensive industry experience and a commitment to evidence-based practice.

- Fellow of the American Occupational Therapy Association (FAOTA)
Dr. Gillard's research focuses on adult learning, clinical reasoning, and rehabilitation. Her scholarly work has appeared in journals such as The American Journal of Occupational Therapy and Topics in Stroke Rehabilitation. She has received recognition for teaching excellence and mentorship across undergraduate, master's, and doctoral levels.
