Maria Keplinger

Maria Keplinger serves as a Lecturer at the Institute of Aesthetics and Pragmatics of Audiovisual Media, University of Arts Linz, where she contributes to academic instruction while actively pursuing advanced studies and research initiatives. Her current work focuses on documenting memorial landscapes and aesthetic-political practices within Austria's cultural framework.

This manifests in projects documenting Oberösterreich's Erinnerungszeichen (memory signs) and exploring "wild remembrance" practices outside official frameworks.
