Maria Emmanouilidou

Dr Maria Emmanouilidou is a Senior Lecturer in Management and International Academic Liaison Officer at the University of Winchester Business School since 2018. She holds a PhD in Management (University of Salford, 2013), MSc in Advanced Computer Science with ICT Management (University of Manchester), and BSc in Computer Science (University of Leeds). Her interdisciplinary research focuses on strategic innovation, healthcare information systems, and policy-driven social inclusion.

Her professional experience includes leadership roles such as Chair of the Academic Disciplinary Committee at Kent Business School and project leadership in EU-funded initiatives like the 'EURYDICE: Positive Actions for Women' program. She is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and contributes to policy analysis through her work with the European Cooperation in Science and Technology.
