Margit Cohn is a Visiting Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School and holds the Henry J. and Fannie Harkavy Chair in Comparative Law at Hebrew University of Jerusalem. She specializes in comparative public law, focusing on the executive branch, judicial review, separation of powers, and constitutionalism. Her scholarly contributions include books such as A Theory of the Executive Branch: Tension and Legality (Oxford UP, 2021) and works on Israeli energy law.
