Andréanne Malacket is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law, Université de Sherbrooke, focusing on Family Law, Succession Law, and Gift Law. She holds a Doctorate in Law (LL.D.) and a Master’s in Law (LL.M.) from Université de Montréal, with excellence mentions. She serves as Director of the Revue de droit de l'Université de Sherbrooke and co-editor of Éditions RDUS, contributing to legal scholarship and reforms.
