Margaret Scott

Margaret Scott is a Teaching Professor in the Department of Leadership, Research, and Foundations at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS). She holds an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership (University of Arizona, 2012), an MA in Bilingual Education (University of Arizona, 1988), and a BS in Elementary Education (Northern Arizona University, 1982). With 30 years of K-12 public education experience, including 10 years as an elementary school administrator in large urban districts, she specializes in leveraging dialogue, reflection, and classroom walkthrough data to improve instructional practices.

Teaching: Courses include LEAD 5070 (Human Resources Development), LEAD 5450 (The Principalship), and LEAD 5700 (Introduction to Research and Statistics).
