Margaret S. Livingstone is the Takeda Professor of Neurobiology at Harvard Medical School, with affiliations to Harvard University and the Livingstone Lab. Her work bridges visual neuroscience, neurodevelopment, and biomedical innovation, focusing on how primate brains process visual information.
- Research Interests: Visual recognition, face processing in autism, maternal bonding mechanisms, blood-brain barrier disruption via focused ultrasound, and the evolution of primate visual cortex.
