Marella Flower

Marella Flower is a Lecturer at Estonian Business School (EBS), where she teaches mathematics. She has been teaching since 2008 while simultaneously working in engineering roles. She holds a degree in Product Development and Production Engineering from Tallinn University of Technology, with thesis work focused on internal stresses in glass.

Her research interests span both academic and industrial domains, including:

• Mathematics in applied educational contexts
• Product Development and Production Engineering
• Materials Science (notably glass stress mechanics)
• Mechanical Engineering (motorcycle systems and technical diagnostics)

In her teaching philosophy, she champions open-minded experimentation and demonstrates how complex technical concepts can be mastered through persistence. She maintains active industry engagement, particularly in solving engineering challenges.
