Anneli Veispak is an Associate Professor at Estonian Business School (EBS) since 2020, focusing on optimizing learning experiences and digital course design informed by cognitive learning mechanisms. She holds a PhD in Perceptual and Cognitive Underpinnings of Braille Reading from KU Leuven (2012) and coordinates a startup developing digital learning environments with EBS involvement. Her academic career includes roles as Head of Inclusive Education at Tallinn University (2016–2018) and postdoctoral research at the FWO Flemish Foundation.

Research Interests: Cognitive foundations of learning, Braille reading mechanisms, developmental dyslexia, inclusive education, and digital learning tools. Her work bridges cognitive psychology, sensory learning, and educational technology.
Publications: Over 20 peer-reviewed articles focusing on Braille literacy, speech audiometry in children, and blended learning efficacy. Recent work includes comparative studies on early childhood interventions and K-12 educational technology adoption.

Grants & Labs: Active in EU-funded research on tactile learning environments. Previously led Tallinn University’s Special Education Curriculum team and contributed to the Estonian Words in Noise (EWIN) test development.
