Marek Musioł is the Deputy Director for International Cooperation at the Institute of International and Security Studies, University of Wrocław. He also served as an Adjunct Faculty member at Dalhousie University (Canada, 2015–2020) and coordinates the Erasmus Mundus Global Studies program. His expertise spans national/international security, geopolitics, hydropolitics, and EU security policy. He has organized major NATO-affiliated conferences like the Wrocław Security Summit (2021–2023) and participated in high-level forums such as the Warsaw Security Forum and Stockholm Security Conference. His research focuses on water security in Central Asia, regionalization dynamics, and EU strategic partnerships. Awards include the Medal of the National Education Commission (2024) and multiple Rector’s Awards for academic excellence.
