Marcus Melton serves as Associate Professor of Art in the Department of Art, Theatre and Dance at West Texas A&M University's Sybil B. Harrington College of Fine Arts and Humanities, where he has taught since 2008.
His educational background includes:
- BFA in Graphic Design from West Texas A&M University (1991)
- MFA in Graphic Design from University of Tennessee (1997)
Professor Melton's creative research explores graphic design, motion design, and projected imagery through interdisciplinary approaches that challenge traditional media boundaries. His work investigates contemporary poster culture and experimental visual communications, resulting in nationally exhibited pieces that merge digital innovation with analog techniques.
