Prof. Dr. Marcus Emmerich is a full professor at the Department of Social Sciences Education, Eberhard Karls University of Tübingen, and a key member of the Tübingen School of Education. His research focuses on inclusion/exclusion processes in educational systems, classification mechanisms in pedagogical communication, and intersectionality in educational inequality. He has led major research projects on migration and education, context-sensitive school development, and educational effectiveness theory.
