Marcus Dabner is an Associate Professor and Head of Division of Pathology & Laboratory Medicine at the UWA Medical School. He is a consultant anatomical pathologist specializing in Head and Neck pathology and Surgical Neuropathology. His roles include Co-Director of the MD program and leadership in medical education, including student selection and assessment. Dr. Dabner holds multiple academic qualifications, including a MBBS(Hons) from the University of Tasmania, and advanced training in Pathology and Medical Education.

Grants include leadership roles in studies on breast cancer diagnostics and medical school admissions strategies. He is actively involved in training pathology registrars and contributes to the RCPA/PathWest program.
