Marco de Bruyn

Marco de Bruyn is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Medical Sciences at the University of Groningen (UMCG), specializing in Onco-Immunology. His research focuses on tumor immunology, immune checkpoint blockade, and gynecological malignancies. He co-leads projects on therapeutic vaccines (e.g., Vvax001 for cervical neoplasia) and immunotherapeutic strategies for ovarian and endometrial cancers.

**Grants & Collaborations:** Received funding from Dutch Cancer Society (KWF), European Research Council (ERC), Health Holland, and industry partners (BioNTech, Merck). Collaborates with global institutions on translational oncology research.
