معرفی
Marco Sandrini is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Psychology at the University of Roehampton, affiliated with the Centre for REsearch in Psychological Wellbeing. He holds a PhD in Neuroscience from the University of Verona (2006) and has conducted postdoctoral research at the NIH (USA) and CiMeC, University of Trento (Italy). His research focuses on understanding brain mechanisms underlying memory processes in young and older adults, particularly using non-invasive brain stimulation (tDCS/TMS) to enhance episodic memory and mitigate cognitive decline in aging and Alzheimer’s risk groups. He has led projects on memory reconsolidation, optimal tDCS timing, and neuroimaging integration with stimulation techniques.
